Power Pilates is a strength training class resulting in a full-body workout that builds core strength, enhances flexibility, and increases endurance. It's characterized by controlled repetitions, and longer holds, and is designed to challenge the body and elevate the heart rate.

Beginner Belly Dance class (Tuesdays @ 10am)
This class will include an introduction and history to the world of belly dance. We welcome all ages, shapes and levels! We will begin the basic motions and explore emotion, connect with music, and build physical strength and confidence! This class is great for either learning about dance or if you're wanting to tone up. First class is FREE!
Belly dance fusion class (Thursday @10am):
This class is a 6-8 week session where you'll learn new choreography and infuse cultural earthy elements into our dance from around the world. This is suitable for beginners to advanced. Each session brings something new, fresh and exciting to inspire you on your dance journey. First class is FREE!

Beginner power yoga is a dynamic and athletic style of yoga that focuses on building strength, flexibility, and endurance through a series of flowing movements linked with breath. It's a fitness-based practice, often described as a faster-paced version of Vinyasa Yoga that combines traditional yoga poses with strength training and cardiovascular elements. For beginners, it's a great way to build a foundation in yoga while challenging the body and mind.
