Christi Miller's hot yoga classes are vinyasa-style classes in a heated room. The temperature is typically between 85-90 degrees.  Christi is a certified yoga teacher and has been teaching since 2014.   All classes are $10 each and last about an hour. Wednesday:

9:00 am- Hot Yoga with Cathy

Thursday:

9:00 am- Simple Yoga with Sarah (not heated)

7:45 pm- Hot Yoga with Christi

Friday:

9:00 am- Vinyasa Yoga with Cathy (not heated)
