·All persons who enter the building are required to wear a mask for the entire time that they are in the building.
·Any person who has a temperature that is 99.4 or higher will be asked to leave and may return only when they are fever free for 24 hours without the use of medication. If a child is displaying any type of illness (INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: fever, sniffles, cough, headache, sore throat) we ask that the child stay home until feeling better.
·Any student or faculty who contracts COVID-19 must immediately notify the studio, and they can only return when they can provide Stephenville Dance Center with paperwork showing a negative test result or a doctor’s permission to return to school/work.
·Any student, faculty, or office staff member who has been in contact with someone who contracted COVID-19 must immediately notify the studio. They may only return after properly being quarantined at home for two weeks and if they are not displaying any symptoms.
·Upon entering the building, all students, faculty, and office staff members are required to immediately wash their hands.
·Only two people at a time are allowed in the restroom in order to maintain proper social distancing.
·All communal surfaces will be sanitized throughout the day. This includes but is not limited to restrooms, ballet barres, tables, benches, radio equipment, floors, etc.
·The water cooler has been removed from the use of the students. Please bring an identifiable/ labeled water bottle to dance every day.
·Students and teachers must come to class prepared as much as possible. Please come with hair groomed and clothes changed. In rare circumstances that this cannot occur, individual pop- up dressing pods are available for use in the yellow room between studio C and the restroom. Dancers should enter the building, sanitize hands at the sanitization station located in the lobby hallway and go directly to the studio in which they are having their first dance class. Dancers should not congregate in the dressing room, lobby, halls, etc.
·The SDC waiting area is closed to visitors and parents. The exceptions are for the dancers 6 and under the first couple of weeks. We want to make sure that these young dancers are comfortable in their new surroundings first. Once the child is happy in class, we ask that the parent exit the building.
·Payments should be made via PayPal, if possible.
Dancers should not start dance if the dancer or any member of the household is showing symptoms of COVID-19, currently has COVID- 19, or has been exposed to COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
